Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data Autolead collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data. We keep it short so you can actually read it.

1. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email, and password hash when you sign up. If you log in with Google, we receive your email and profile name.

Usage data: the ICPs and keywords you configure, the leads we surface for you, the messages you draft, and the deals you log. This is what powers the product.

Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Public source data: posts and authors we scrape from LinkedIn, X, and Reddit to surface leads. Only public content is collected.

2. How we use it

To run the product: match posts to your ICPs, score intent, draft outreach, and track which leads turned into revenue.

To improve the product: aggregated, anonymised signals (e.g. which keywords convert) help us tune the AI scoring. We do not train AI models on your private message drafts or deal values.

To bill you: we share your email and plan with Stripe for invoicing.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We do not share your lead list, ICPs, or deal values with anyone outside your workspace.

We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored on AWS in the EU region (Frankfurt). Backups are encrypted at rest.

Account data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we purge personal data within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate metrics may be retained.

5. Your rights

You can request a full export of your data at any time.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or restrict processing of your data under GDPR.

6. Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors: AWS (hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), OpenAI and Anthropic (LLM inference for outreach drafting). Prompts sent to LLM providers are not used to train their models.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. The latest version is always at /privacy.
