Terms of Service

Autolead is a software product that surfaces public posts from LinkedIn, X, and Reddit that match the ICPs and keywords you configure, drafts outreach messages, and tracks the leads you close.

We provide the tool. Your results depend on your ICP, your offer, your outreach quality, and your follow-through. We make no guarantee of a specific number of leads or closed deals.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

One person per account. Workspace seats can be added on the Pro plan.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. The 2 Day Pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing settings - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refunds: we offer a 7-day refund on first-time monthly subscriptions, no questions asked. Yearly subscriptions are refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days. The 2 Day Pass is non-refundable once activated.

You may not use Autolead to send spam, harass individuals, scrape data outside of Autolead's built-in flows, or violate the terms of LinkedIn, X, Reddit, or any other platform you reach leads on.

You may not resell access to your Autolead account or republish surfaced leads as a paid product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, with a refund of unused prepaid time where reasonable.

You retain ownership of your ICPs, keyword lists, message drafts, and deal data. We have a limited licence to process this content solely to run the service for you.

You are responsible for the legality of the outreach you send. Autolead helps you draft - it does not send messages on your behalf unless you explicitly enable an integration that does so.

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may push updates, change features, or remove features over time. Material removals will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email.

Autolead is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid Autolead in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost opportunity.

You can cancel any time. We can terminate your account for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

On termination, your data is purged within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will email you at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
